The fine print
- Billing
- Monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period.
- Cancellation
- Cancel any time from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds
- No refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by UK consumer law. Email hello@openstable.co.uk within 14 days of any charge you believe is in error.
- Card payments
- When a client pays you through OpenStable, we take a 2% platform fee (1% on Pro), deducted from the payment. Your payment processor’s fee (Stripe — currently 1.5% + 20p per UK card payment) is separate. This applies only to payments taken through OpenStable; anything you arrange off-platform is never charged.
- Price changes
- We give at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase. You can cancel before it takes effect, no penalty.
- Never
